He is an excellent time manager, keeping the job moving for an 'On Time' completion. He motivates his people to be the best and expects nothing less than perfection from our installation crews. Jim O'Leary IV: Vice President - General ManagerJim has over 15 years experience in sales and organizational management ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He earned an MBA in General Management in 2000 and began his awning career in 2004. Jim motivates his team to follow the principles that have guided Arizona Awnings for over 80 years. David Smith: Vice President - Sales Manager

David is a Phoenix native who began his awning career while attending ASU in 1994. He had nearly a decade of experience in installation before making the transition into awning design and sales. He and his family have over 40 years of combined awning experience.
